Athletic club Kraljevo is preparing 13th edition of this race which will be organized in January 2023. And even there are no official details about race, yet we have some unofficial news about this competiton.
Previous edition of ''New years Ibar cross country'' was held in Kraljevo 15th of January 2022. on Athletics stadium and space around it. Route was covered with snow, so like any other cross country, track was unpredictable and challenging. But still we had a lot of runners prepared for adventure and giving their best to enjoy in this race and beutifull city of Kraljevo.
WHERE IS KRALJEVO AND SOME INTERESTING STUFF?!
Kraljevo is located in the central part of Serbia and occupies the area around the lower course of the Ibar River and the middle part of the West Morava River, with an area of 1530 km2. It is a natural intersection of land roads and waterways of central Serbia.
1. Kraljevo also has Morava Airport, located just 16 kilometers from the city center.
2. The first mention of the settlement, called Rudo Polje, dates back to 1476.
3. Active vacation during year: Skiing on mountain Goch, in summer cycling and mountain biking, rafting, kayaking and canoeing, paragliding and panoramic sightseeing by plane etc.

Winners of the last race edition will have winners mark, start number will be all covered in colors and have special characteristics for winner, ALSO for foreign runners aplication will be able on special web site or via VIBER, and payment could be on race day, too.
